2023年12月2日上午，海辰储能在国内最新部署的三大基地之一——深圳基地正式落成。深圳市发展改革委党组书记、主任郭子平，龙华区委副书记、区长雷卫华，龙华区委常委、常务副区长徐志斌，龙华区委常委、组织部部长吴振兴，中国科学院院士、中科院深圳先进技术研究院碳中和技术研究所所长成会明，全国政协委员、鸿荣源集团董事长赖海民，清华大学深圳国际研究生院教授李宝华，三一集团副总经理翟欣，三一机器人公司董事长郭承志，峰和资本董事长鲁承诚，海辰储能联合创始人、总裁王鹏程，海辰储能控制技术研究院院长郭志强出席本次落成仪式。
深圳基地落成仪式
海辰储能联合创始人、总裁王鹏程在致辞中表示，海辰储能聚焦极致储能解决方案，致力于打造全球储能电池第一品牌。三年多来，海辰储能深耕储能关键技术，在储能电池领域取得了长足发展。基于海辰储能“两芯一控”发展战略和技术创新需要，以及对行业市场前景的判断，我们以深圳为应用创新主阵地，进行第三个基地的重要战略布局。未来，海辰储能将从三个维度全力打造深圳应用创新基地，期待与深圳龙华共赴全面储能时代之约。
一是立足大湾区新能源行业和人才高地，构建海辰储能终端应用创新基地。深圳基地将设立研发测试实验室和研发办公区，并引进储能终端产品开发和电力电子领域高精尖人才，建成电化学储能研发及测试中心。
二是聚焦储能终端场景，技术创新引领业务开拓。海辰储能深圳基地将主要围绕电力储能、工商业储能、户用/移动储能等终端产品的研究和开发，创新储能应用场景，深挖终端用户需求，不断提升应用创新的储能解决方案能力，以客户为中心，为客户创造价值。
三是开放行业生态合作，推广“政产学研用”创新平台。海辰储能将携手政府机构、产业链伙伴，充分发挥“链主”企业引领作用，跨界织网，协同创新，探索前沿技术，助力产业生态圈建设，共同打造能源产业创新高地。
智慧储能系统联合实验室合作签约
为更好落实这些举措，海辰储能同日宣布与中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院成立“智慧储能系统联合实验室”，并与三一集团有限公司签署战略合作协议。
深圳基地的落成，是海辰储能构建新发展格局，持续迈向高质量发展的一个重要里程牌。面向未来，海辰储能将努力发挥自身的人才、技术和管理优势，抢抓数字能源融合发展新机遇，与政府机构、合作伙伴携手构建数字能源融合发展先行示范区，共同推动深圳、粤港澳大湾区和全国新能源产业高质量发展。
与三一集团有限公司签署战略合作协议

On December 2, 2023, one of the three newest bases deployed by HiTHIUM, Shenzhen Base, was officially inaugurated. Guo Ziping, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, Lei Weihua, Deputy Secretary of Longhua District Party Committee and Mayor of Longhua District, Xu Zhibin, Standing Committee Member of Longhua District Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Longhua District, Wu Zhenxing, Standing Committee Member of Longhua District Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department of Longhua District, Cheng Huiming, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Director of Institute of Technology for Carbon Neutrality of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology Chinese Academy of Science, Lai Haimin, Member of the National Committee of the CPPCC and Chairman of HOROY, Li Baohua, Professor of the International Graduate School of Shenzhen Tsinghua University, Zhai Xin, Deputy General Manager of SANY Group, Guo Chengzhi, Chairman of SANY Robotics, Lu Chengcheng, Chairman of Fenghe Capital, Jason Wang, Co-founder and President of HiTHIUM, and Guo Zhiqiang, Director of Control Technology Research Institute, were present at the inauguration ceremony.
Jason Wang said, “HiTHIUM focuses on the ultimate energy storage solutions and is committed to building the No.1 energy storage batteries. From the past three years to the present, HiTHIUM is always devoted to development of energy storage with key technology innovation. With Shenzhen as main position of application innovation, HiTHIUM is wholeheartedly committed to carrying out the important strategic layout of this third base. And HiTHIUM will build the application innovation base in Shenzhen from three dimensions and look forward to going to the comprehensive energy storage era in cooperation with Shenzhen Longhua.”
To achieve the three dimensions, firstly, HiTHIUM will work on building up HiTHIUM End Application Innovation Base, based on the new energy industry and talent in the GBA, then focusing on energy storage end scenarios, technological innovation to lead business development. Thirdly, opening up the industry ecosystem cooperation and promote the innovation platform of “government-industry-academia-research-application”. The three dimensions will be constructed under the support of Shenzhen partners: HiTHIUM announced on the same day the establishment of the “Intelligent Energy Storage System Joint Laboratory” with Shenzhen Institute and the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with SANY Group.
As an important milestone for HiTHIUM to step into a new development pattern, Shenzhen base will largely promote HiTHIUM’s high-quality development and contribute to build an advanced demonstration zone for the integrated development of digital energy, and jointly with government and partners promote the high-quality development of new energy industry in Shenzhen, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GBA and the whole country.
