近年来,阿拉善盟充分发挥自身得天独厚的区位优势和资源禀赋优势,紧紧抓住国家在沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地区规划建设大型风电光伏基地的历史性机遇,规划建设亿千瓦级清洁能源大基地。
大唐内蒙古170万千瓦新能源项目储能工程,建设储能容量为490MW/980MWh,涵盖阿拉善区域、蒙西区域、蒙东区域三个储能标段项目。其中,阿拉善区域总建设储能容量为180MW/360MWh,包括大唐阿拉善兰山二期200MW光伏治矿项目,配套储能容量60MW/120MWh和大唐阿拉善盟乌力吉400MW风电项目,配套储能容量120MW/240MWh。作为该项目的设备核心供应商之一,海辰储能为阿拉善区域储能工程项目,提供了全部先进储能产品。
新能源+治矿生态结合 双管齐下
大唐阿拉善兰山二期200MW光伏治矿项目
该项目位于乌兰布和沙漠东部边缘的煤矸石回填区上,显著的地质缺陷是建设者面临的最大难点。煤矸石内部储存热量大,表面温度高,自然产生的酸性气体,遇水会对支架基础产生氧化腐蚀,环境恶劣。经过科学论证,项目采取局部换填以及系统防腐处理措施后,最大限度降低地质缺陷对光伏发电产生的影响,实现板上光伏发电、板下生态恢复。
项目建设总规划容量200MW(AC),直流侧装机容量为244.6MWp,配套建设储能容量60MW/120MWh。据悉,项目建成全容量发电运行后,年均发电3亿千瓦时,每年可节约标煤约13万吨,减排二氧化碳约37万吨;其对推进“沙戈荒”地区清洁能源建设,推动绿色低碳发展,改善区域生态环境、促进地方乡村振兴等均具有特殊意义。

大唐阿拉善乌力吉400MW风电项目
该项目位于阿拉善左旗乌力吉苏木境内,是阿左旗乌力吉地区首批获批建设的清洁能源重点工程,是全盟重点项目之一。项目总装机容量400MW,安装64台单机容量为6.25MW风电机组,配套建设储能容量为120MW/240MWh。据悉,项目建成后,每年可为电网提供清洁电能10亿千瓦时,可节约标煤31.2万吨,减排二氧化碳约82.9万吨,将有效助力当地能源结构优化转型、地区经济绿色可持续发展。

乌力吉400MW风电项目储能系统
大唐内蒙古阿拉善储能项目工程规模大、技术难度高、创新意义大,是“沙戈荒”基地示范工程、标杆工程。为确保工程如期完成并网,海辰储能团队坚持以客户为中心,克服风沙、寒潮等多种不利因素和挑战,快速响应、协同各方,在最短的时间内完成交付任务。

Datang Inner Mongolia 1.7 million kW of new energy storage project, with capacity of 490MW/980MWh, covers the Alxa league region, the western and eastern area of Inner Mongolia. Recently, one of these three projects, Datang Inner Mongolia Alxa league 180MW/360MWh energy storage project, was completed and put into operation. The project includes Datang Alxa league Lanshan Phase II 200MW photovoltaic mining project with energy storage capacity of 60MW/120MWh; and Datang Alxa league Uliji 400MW wind power project with energy storage capacity of 120MW/240MWh. As the main equipment supplier for this project, HiTHIUM provides its innovative, cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products to support the clean energy transition in Inner Mongolia and promote the construction of utility-scale wind power and photovoltaic bases.

Lanshan Phase II 200MW photovoltaic mining project
Through the use of photovoltaic and mine management combined, Datang Alxa league Lanshan project has a total planned capacity of 200MW (AC) and installed capacity of 244.6MWp for DC system. This project is expected to generate 300 million kWh annually, saving about 130,000 tons of coal and 370,000 tons of CO2 emission every year.
As for Datang Alxa league Uliji project, it's a key project of clean energy in Uliji area. The total installed capacity of the project reaches 400MW, with the installation of 64 sets of single capacity of 6.25MW wind power equipments. The grid is expected to provide 1 billion kWh of clean electricity annually, with the reduction of 312,000 tons of coal and CO2 emissions of about 829,000 tons.
